Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most common questions about our transport services.

Which countries do you serve?

We specialise in the Portugal–Germany corridor and also cover all EU member states. Contact us for specific routes to non-EU countries.

How long does a shipment from Portugal to Germany take?

Transit times vary by service. Household removals and vehicle transport typically take 3–5 business days. Parcels on our regular consolidated run take 5–7 days. Express options are available on request.

How is the price calculated?

Pricing is based on volume (m³), weight, type of cargo and distance. Full-load shipments are quoted per job. Consolidated loads (groupage) are priced per cubic metre or per pallet. Request a free quote for an accurate figure.

Is my cargo insured?

Yes. All cargo is covered by our standard transport liability insurance (CMR). For high-value items we can arrange additional all-risk cargo insurance — please ask when requesting a quote.

Can you transport a car that is not running?

Yes. We have equipment for non-runner vehicles. Please mention this when requesting your quote so we can allocate the correct carrier.

Do I need to be present at collection and delivery?

Ideally yes, or a trusted representative. If neither is possible, please contact us to discuss alternatives.

What items cannot be transported?

We cannot carry explosives, illegal substances, live animals or items prohibited by EU customs regulations. Perishable foods require special arrangement. If you are unsure, just ask.

Do you offer storage?

Yes. Short and medium-term storage is available at our facility in Germany. Prices available on request.

How do I track my shipment?

Once your shipment is in transit you will receive tracking updates by email or WhatsApp. For personal updates you can always call or message us directly.

Do you offer weekend collection?

For household removals, Saturday collections are available and Sunday on a case-by-case basis. An additional fee may apply.
